Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you’d like in-stock items shipped separately, please place separate orders.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

Mika & Ko is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received. For lost or damaged shipments, please contact the carrier directly.

 

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.
